Cancellations
We require cancellations to be submitted at least one day in advance. Same-day cancellations will be billed at full fee.
Payment
Running The Pack offers convenient online payment and scheduling. To access this system, simply go to our home page at http://runningthepack.com and choose the Member Log-in button. We accept a variety of payment methods though our convenient BettaWalka online scheduling system including:
- Credit
- Debit
- Electronic Check
- Auto-payment option: Set it and forget it!
Services are billed on the Sunday following the week of service, and payment is required by the following Friday. Auto-payment is available, and is debited every Tuesday following the week of service. Failure to make timely payment constitutes grounds for termination of services.
Holidays
Running The Pack will be closed for regular services on the following days. On these dates, we only provide limited pet sitting services, based on availability.
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Patriots’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Thanksgiving and Friday immediately after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve and Day
Severe or Extreme Weather
During severe weather, your walker will make every effort to balance performing services with the general safety and well being of dog and walker alike. Should a service need to be shortened due to severe weather, the walker will note this in the journal and make up the time at a later date.
Severe weather includes:
- Thunder storms
- Heavy rain
- Temperatures over 90 degrees or below 19 degrees
Same-day cancellation due to extreme weather conditions may be made at no fee. Running The Pack also makes every effort to follow the requests of the local and state authorities.
Extreme weather includes:
- Snowstorm causing school cancellations
- Severe flooding
- Any weather causing a state of emergency
