Bare Cove

So, is everyone about ready for this rain to be over? Riley and I are! Seems like it has been forever since we’ve seen the sun. I figured this week I would need a really awesome place to suggest to bring your pup once the sun decides to appear again. The winner this week is Bare Cove.

Bare Cove is located along the banks of the Weymouth Back River in the town of Hingham, MA and it really is an amazing place to bring your little buddy. It is no doubt that they probably have a ton of cooped up energy and are going to need a lot of exercise. After being indoors for days, Bare Cove is the perfect place for them to just go nuts. Dogs are allowed off leash but just remember, the park is not fenced in. Bare Cove has 469 acres of land filled with paved trails and woodland trails to walk, run, bike ride, whatever you and your pup love to do. On the weekends the park is filled with other friendly dog with very friendly owners. Riley and I have yet to come across and unfriendly dog, which is really awesome. Because of the responsible owners, this park stays super clean so make sure to bring some disposable bags to do your part.

Testimonials

Things I love about running the pack? Scheduling and payment can take place on line. There’s flexibility so if we need to cancel a walk one day, it’s usually not a problem… Also, we get daily updates from the walker who gives us a quick run down of what they did on the walk (park, trails, etc) and whether or not our dog did her business.
